  • High school diploma; some college, administrative and computer training preferred
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Sabre experience preferred
  • Airline & travel experience preferred


  • Responsible for travel arrangements and logistics of APA as necessary
  • Accountable for billing and procurement of all items relating to travel
  • Performs site visits at area hotels, negotiates room rates and LOIs
  • Administers APA's corporate UBER accounts
  • Serves as administrative assistant in support of various APA national committees
  • Works as a communications link between various APA national committees and national officers
  • Coordinates with APA support staff to compose e-mails, documents and distribution of pertinent correspondence to/from various APA national committees
  • Compiles, updates, archives, and maintains various APA national committee correspondence and other documents
  • Available to work flexible hours in support of the national officers, board of directors and various APA national committees
  • Participates in APA receptionist relief rotation
  • Performs other duties as directed by the Executive Director and APA leadership
